- Grail Mafia is not responsible for delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- If your tracking information does not update within 48 hours of receiving it, please contact us for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages

- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
